A simple recipe for tender, diet-friendly meat.

The dish turns out delicious and incredibly juicy, with an amazing aroma from the oven.

Oven-baked chicken breast is a versatile meal. You can enjoy it hot or cold. It can be used as a filling for pizza, omelets, salads, and sandwiches.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast – 2 pieces

Garlic – 2 cloves

Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons

Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon

Salt, pepper – to taste

Whole grain mustard – 1 tablespoon

Chicken seasoning – 1 teaspoon

Herbes de Provence – ½ teaspoon

First, wash and pat dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel. Then, season each breast with salt, pepper, chicken seasoning, and Herbes de Provence on both sides.

Place the chicken breasts in a deep dish and add soy sauce, whole grain mustard, and crushed garlic. Use your hands to spread the spices evenly over the surface of the chicken breasts. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil using a silicone brush.

Then, place the chicken breasts in the dish and brush them with vegetable oil on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes.

During this time, the chicken will cook properly but remain tender and juicy. Avoid leaving the chicken in the oven for too long, as it will become dry and less tasty.

This baked chicken breast can be served immediately with various side dishes or cooled and sliced for a satisfying cold snack.
